Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of data stored on your device. They keep you logged in, remember your settings, and (only with your consent) help us understand how the product is used.
2. Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary (always active)
- Authentication and session: keeps you signed in securely between visits.
- Security: protects your account and the platform from abuse.
- Account/session functions: core app operations that cannot work without them.
These cannot be turned off, because the app requires them to function.
Preference cookies (no consent required)
- Saved settings: your daily-practice preferences and display settings, stored on your device.
- Accessibility preferences: choices such as reduced motion, so the app opens the way you left it.
- Cookie preferences: remembers your consent choice itself.
These remember your own choices on your device and are not used for tracking.
Analytics cookies (optional, opt-in)
- Anonymous usage analytics: product events such as pages viewed and features used, collected only if you opt in. Data is anonymized and used to improve the product.
Analytics remains off until you choose "Accept all" or turn it on in Cookie Preferences. Nothing non-essential is loaded before you opt in.
We do not use
- Advertising or remarketing cookies
- Social media tracking cookies
- Third-party profiling cookies
3. Managing Your Cookies
Change your choice at any time via the link in the footer. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and core app functions. You must allow necessary cookies to use Teacherfy.
4. Third-Party Cookies
The only third-party cookies you may encounter are on the payment provider's hosted checkout page during payment, governed by that provider's own policies. Teacherfy itself sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
5. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product changes; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where required, re-prompted via the consent banner.
